Who Are We
Altitude Legal is a small law firm practising in the area of commercial, property and succession law. The firm is focused on providing legal advice and documentation to small to medium businesses and to individuals.
The director of Altitude Legal is Toby Nicholls. He is also the principal solicitor at Altitude Legal.
Toby has practised law for over 20 years. During that time, he has held a salaried partner position at a well regarded mid-tier law firm for a period of 5 years. Toby has worked for the WA Government, including Agriculture WA, WA Treasury and Premier and Cabinet (Federal Affairs).
Toby has acted for a wide range of clients, including government departments and agencies, multi-national, ASX listed and private companies and individuals.
In his spare time, Toby enjoys travelling, playing tennis, hiking and landscape photography.
